I stayed for 2 nights in a Family Room. The location is super convenient, just a 10-minute stroll to the Haram. Room service was quick, especially from Shamim and Makki. The front desk team, Abdullah and Muhanid, were really helpful.

The Deluxe Quadruple Room had a decent size, outfitted with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi, making it cozy enough for a family stay. The complimentary amenities were a plus, providing good value for the price paid.

Location-wise, it’s a trek uphill that can be exhausting, especially after a long day. The hotel’s lighting in the rooms is overly dim, which doesn’t add to an inviting atmosphere. On top of that, requests for specific amenities like a fridge with a freezer option were met with refusal, despite claims that they exist. Key card distribution at the reception was also sluggish, leading to unnecessary hassle during check-in. while the promising exterior caught my eye, the details left much to be desired.

Consider taking a regular taxi to avoid transportation issues near the hotel. they can navigate around bus blockages efficiently.

the hotel lobby was an absolute health hazard, with utter stinkiness invading my senses. I woudl ve been thrilled if my room was cleaned even once during my 5-night stay, but apparently, that was asking too much. I almost thought of giving a positive review, but the lack of common courtesies ruined it!

The facilities were decent, but the bathroom had a few maintenance needs, like a shower door issue. Nonetheless, it's a solid choice for those on a budget near the Haram.

Our family enjoyed our time with daily breakfast at the restaurant, which was a delightful start to each day. housekeeping needs attention—our room wasn't cleaned daily. If the cleaning issue is resolved, this could be a fantastic stay.

saif al majd is a wonderful place to stay! the staff are super cooperative, especially mr jehangir, who arranged my room right away. the hotel is just an 8-10 minute walk via the tunnel to the haram. also, there's a pakistan restaurant nearby with cheap food that’s quite handy.
